Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Options
Standard shipping options are available depending on the nature of the items ordered and the destination address. Specific shipments may be transferred to local carriers for final delivery. Tracking information may not be available for all stages of transit.
2. Shipping Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and delivery addresses provided are accurate and current at the time of order placement. Shipping requires delivery to a physical street address. Merchandise partners may specify in their product listings that shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes. Deliveries cannot be made to security-restricted locations, including but not limited to military bases.
3. Shipping Timeframes and Costs
Upon successful payment and confirmation of an order, the applicable shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed on the order confirmation page. Customers will also receive an order confirmation message specifying the estimated processing time. Order processing typically requires one (1) to three (3) business days, with delivery up to ten (10) to twelve (12) days after. A shipment notification will be sent once the order has been dispatched. This notification will include tracking details, when available, and the estimated delivery timeframe for each package. Customers may also view these details within their order history. While most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery dates may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to flight schedules, weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Customers are encouraged to refer to tracking information for the most current delivery status.
4. Delivery Issues
If a package has not been delivered, or if tracking information indicates delivery but the package has not been received, customers must contact Customer Service via email (lhs@lanoshopping55.com) within thirty (30) days of the order date for investigation and resolution. Failure to report delivery issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist or issue compensation.
